THE COMPANY

Company was originally founded as S.PE.I.D. S.r.l. in 1988 in Genoa from evolution of Forwarding Agent Srl to improve services for Chemical Customers such as:

• International forwarding agent (import/export by sea, air, road) of liquids, bulk, drums, packed chemical and petrolchemical products;
• Customs Broker
• Storage and Distribution
• Integrated Logistics
• Supply Chain
• Transports

Since its founding has been present in Vado Ligure and Savona within Customer’s sites. In 1995 followed the first ISO Certification, actually in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.

In November 2001 S.PE.I.D. enlarged its site in Vado Ligure.

From 2006 managed not directly but through the controlled company ELITE SPEID as “Global freight forwarder” for Infineum.

The October 24, 2016 by deed of Notary Federico Solimena Repertory 51465 completes the merger by incorporation of ELITE SPEID Srl Company with subsequent change of name to the latter in ELITE / SPEID and takes on the current configuration.

Today ELITE/SPEID counts on 30 human resources, 3 italian corrispondents and a qualified supplier’s network; in Europe and for the whole world on ELITE NETWORK synergy.

Developed a Business Continuity Plan to guarantee operational continuity and now is the holder of AEO authorization from 17 January 2018.
